Lifting

2 days ago I started adding free weights and body weight exercises into my day! Insert too many squats here!!  I followed a routine consisting of 20 squats 10 pushups 20 lunges 10 row curls 15 sec plank.  Repeat three times.  Lol I made it through one and a half.

Yesterday I felt like someone was punching me in the behind every time I tried to sit or stand!!  Guess I did the right amount of squats!!

Today, I actually did the same routine again!!  I made it through two complete sets and plan to try for three sets on Friday!  Hubby brought me home a barbell and a few new weights that I am super excited to use!  I am so proud of myself this week!

I'm a little late on my progress report, but here it is anyway!

77 Days on Ketogenic Diet using Optimal Ketogenic Living

Measurable Changes:

22 Pounds

Or....some other things that add up to 22 pounds, Yay!!

2 ten pound bags of potatoes and 2 packages of butter

4 bags of sugar and 2 foot balls
a car tire
the amount of pizza an average American eats in a year

28.5 Inches 

I've lost over two feet off my body!!!
